IN-KIND CONTRIBUTIONS

Now that we have qualified for public financing in-kind donations are still allowable.  This means you can help by directly paying for items our campaign needs.

What are in-kind Contributions?

In-Kind Contributions are defined as anything of value, other than money, that is donated to the Candidate or Committee. An in-kind Contribution can be a good or a service.

How much can I give?

The in-kind individual limit for publicly financed Candidates is $2,500 at one time and an individual can contribute up to $4,000.

What information do we need to collect for an in-kind Contribution?

An in-kind Contribution is reported just as a monetary Contribution is reported, and the Campaign or Committee must collect the contributor's full name and address as well as their employer and their employer’s address.
